We are happy to fulfil orders of 10 or more items. We can also set up a free online shop for 20 hoodies or more.
To place an order all you need to do is fill in the quote form at the bottom of any hoodie page, get in touch with us via our online contact form or drop us an email at sales@superlogo.co.uk. Alternatively, you can call us on 0131 555 6940.
Delivery is included in all our quoted prices.
Your hoodies will be delivered to your school or organiser as a bulk delivery once the order is ready. We use DPD for delivery. A spreadsheet detailing all the orders will be sent with the hoodies but can also be emailed by request of the organiser. If you added individual names to your order, the hoodies will be folded with the names facing upwards to make distributing the order easier.
Yes you can! There is no restriction on the hoodie colour choice. Our only restriction is the number of print colours we use. Typically we will print white on most dark colours and then navy or black on the lightly coloured items. Our sales team will be able to discuss this with you before production.
Frequently, customers miss the order deadline date set by the organiser. We cannot let late orders affect the other orders that were placed on time. If you have missed the deadline date please get in touch via e-mail to sales@superlogo.co.uk and we will try our best to help you. Late orders will incur an additional charge if you have not placed them before the closing date set by your organiser. Typically an additional £5 administration fee will be charged plus any additional delivery charges.
Where VAT is applicable, VAT is always included in our quoted prices. Please note there is VAT toggle in the web site menu if looking to view prices ex-VAT. VAT is never charged on kids sizes.
Delivery is usually within 2 weeks of your shop closing or after sending us your confirmed order. Faster turnaround times may be available on request. Typically the earlier you place your order the better to ensure the garment choices are available and there are no delivery problems.
Yes, we do! We are happy to send sample hoodies out on request. Hoodie samples will be charged for and will be refunded once returned in a clean and saleable condition. You will be responsible for posting the hoodies back to us. Please contact us if you would like a hoodie sample pack.
There are lots of colour choices available. The College hoodie is available in 70 colours, other hoodies in only 15 colours. Explore our hoodies to see all the colour options available. Please choose a colour that actually exists in the hoodie you have selected.
All our items are available in a wide range of sizes. Most of our hoodies are available in sizes ranging from XS to XXXL. Please check the size guides on our product pages. Children's hoodies are also available. Please ask for more information if you require children's hoodies.
We pride ourselves on providing the best quality hoodies available at the best possible price. All our hoodies are a fantastic quality. The main difference in the hoodies is the weight of the fabric and the quality of the finish. Our more expensive peach finish hoodies are of a well-known superbrand quality with waffle hood, soft peach finish and chunky cords.
All our garments are printed and embroidered by Superlogo in our U.K warehouse. You can order with confidence knowing that we only use the best quality equipment, latest technology and helpful experienced staff to produce your beautiful hoodies.
We love original designs. Please feel free to send us your own design and we will be delighted to send you an electronic proof for your approval and sign off.
Our prints and embroidery are very hardwearing and should last as long as the garment under normal washing conditions. We recommend washing your hoodies at 40 degrees or cooler.
